Behind an unmarked door, hidden somewhere between this world and the next, lies The Secret Bookshop – a place where stories are no longer staying where they belong.

The Secret Bookshop Society are preparing to reopen the bookshop doors, but something is changing. The shelves are restless. The books are behaving strangely. Characters are escaping without warning, forgotten worlds are colliding, and the stories themselves seem to be taking on a life of their own.

As the chaos grows, it becomes clear that the bookshop may even be slipping beyond their control.

Now, the SecretBookshop Society is inviting new and returning members, brave enough to step inside, to help uncover the mystery at the heart of the shop before the stories shake everything apart.But be warned… in The Secret Bookshop, once a story escapes, there’s no telling where it might lead.

Filled with theatrical magic, illusion, music, storytelling and unexpected surprises, The Secret Bookshop is an immersive adventure where imagination runs wild, and every page holds a new possibilities.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised time to be inducted to The Secret Bookshop.

Please be advised that this is an immersive walk-through experience which will require standing and walking between different zones throughout the performance. Some areas will be dark or dimly lit. The production also features bright lights, digital media, flashing or strobe effects, as well as music and sound effects, which may affect individuals with photosensitivity, light sensitivities, or sound sensitivities.
