We are delighted to announce the incredible cast of Under the Hawthorn Tree.

This much-loved story of family, history and hope is told like never before in a play from Charles Way, Directed by Paul Bosco Mc Eneaney with a stirring live original score from Garth McConaghie.

A world class cast of 7 will be bringing Marita Conlon-McKenna’s wonderfully crafted characters to life in this theatrical adaption of epic proportions!

Maeve studied at East 15 Acting School. Recent theatre credits include playing the role of The Colleen Bawn in The Lyric Theatre/Bruiser production of The Colleen Bawn at The Lyric, the role of Smith in the NI Opera/Lyric production of The Threepenny Opera, and the character of Eily in Cahoots NI’s latest production of Under the Hawthorn Tree.  Another significant role for Maeve was playing Lady Macbeth in Macbeth at The Grand Opera House with c21 Theatre Company. Maeve has just played a ghost in A Christmas Carol in the MAC’s recent Christmas show. She has been busy recording audiobooks in the last year, with four under her belt! She is excited to be touring with Cahoots NI again this year!
